Vikings Volunteer Training #1 and #2 Video and Resources POSTED

Training #3 Video still needs to be proofed by Samantha before it is posted.  Rachel will send out an email as soon as it is ready.  I am sorry for they delay!

Remember: You are required to complete all three training sessions before allowed to volunteer in the exhibition.

EVENTS AND TRAININGS

Extended Hours:

Sunday, March 26th-Saturday, April 1st

  • Last ticket for Vikings sold at 5:40 p.m. Vikings closes at 7 p.m. 
  • Volunteer Shifts will be:8:30a.m.-1:30p.m.; 1:00p.m.-6:00p.m.

 

Regardless of how late temporary exhibit galleries are scheduled to remain open, volunteers are asked to extend their shifts by one half hour during extended hours operations. Thank you for volunteering this extra time!

Special Event Help Needed:

  • Vikings Ball (Adult Programs Event): Friday, March 31st, 7pm-10pm, Briefing at 6pm in Upper T-Rex

 

  • Vikings Event (President's Office Request): Tuesday, April 4th, 6pm-8:30pm, Briefing at 5pm in Upper T-Rex

 

  • Vikings Member Night (Adults Only): Thursday, April 6th, 6pm-9pm, Briefing at 5pm in Upper T-Rex

 

  • Vikings Member Night:  Tuesday, April 18th, 6pm-9pm, Briefing at 5pm in Upper T-Rex
